The features – and why each one exists
We have not built a feature because a competitor has it. For each module below you will find why it is there, and what we think the alternatives handle poorly. What does not add real value for a Norwegian company, we have left out – and that is listed here too.
Eight modules, one system
Every module a Norwegian company genuinely needs – and nothing beyond that. We left out time tracking, payroll and project management on purpose: those are other markets with strong specialists, and bolting them on would make this harder to use, not better.

One tick in a checklist triggers a chain across five modules, with nobody re-entering anything. That is the difference between integrated modules and modules that merely share a menu.

Mats answers “No” to “Is the guardrail complete?” and takes a photo. No signal – it is saved on the device.

The deviation creates itself
The system raises the deviation with the photo, the place, the time and a link back to the check.

Ola is assigned the case, the deadline follows the severity, and the action becomes a task.

The action is linked to the hazard “Fall from height”, and the residual risk is documented.

Risk you can actually see
5×5 matrix with residual risk after measures. And one professional detail most systems get wrong: a consequence of 5 – a fatality or serious injury – is never classified as low risk, no matter how unlikely it is.

An annual plan that follows itself up
Recurring HSE activities become real tasks with a named owner and a deadline. The system never creates a duplicate of something still open – so the list stays worth looking at.

This policy sets out the company’s overall health, safety and environment objectives, and how we work systematically to meet them, per section 5 of the Norwegian Internal Control Regulations.
Our commitments
- Nobody should be injured or made ill by working here.
- Every employee should know the risks in their own work.
- Deviations are reported – always, and without fear of consequences.

Nothing to install

What we deliberately do not build
The goal is not the system with the most features. Every extra module makes the product harder to learn and more expensive to run – and some of what competitors offer really belongs somewhere else.
HR, appraisals and absence follow-up
Important, but bought by the HR director rather than the person responsible for quality and HSE. Mixing them makes the product harder for both to understand.
Project and resource planning
Pulls the product towards construction and away from being universal. Project numbers can be attached to cases and checklists instead.
Process map editor
High build cost, used by a small minority, and well served by tools people already have. On the roadmap, not in the launch.
AI as its own module
AI behind its own tab is marketing. Where machine learning saves real time – suggesting a category, spotting near-duplicate deviations, summarising for the management review – we put it inside the workflow.
Occupational health services
That is a service, not software. We stick to what we can deliver well.
