You can register your company and be running in under ten minutes. When you pick your industry, the system fills itself with deviation categories, checklists, an HMS handbook, an emergency plan, suggested risks, an annual plan and competence requirements. Then you invite your people, and they can report deviations the same day – with no training.

No. That is the whole point. The system is built so a field worker understands it first time, and a quality manager finds everything without a manual. We do not sell implementation projects, and there is no setup fee. If you need help, we answer in Norwegian, normally within the same working day.

Everything you do is stored on the device and succeeds immediately. You can report deviations with photos, complete checklists, sign, read procedures and tick off tasks. When the connection returns, everything uploads automatically. If someone else changed the same case meanwhile, we merge field by field – and where there is a genuine conflict, you choose, instead of something silently disappearing.

The system is built around the requirements: documented routines with version control and read receipts, risk assessment with measures and ownership, deviation handling with root cause analysis, systematic follow-up through the annual plan, internal audits and the management review. No software can certify a company – an auditor does that – but everything an auditor asks for, you can pull up on one screen.

Inside the EEA, with a European provider – the current hosting location is named in the data processing agreement. No data is processed outside the EEA – that commitment is written into the data processing agreement, signed together with the subscription. You can export all your data at any time, and you own it.

Yes, and it is the same system. Desktop, tablet and phone share data, design and workflow. A case you open on your phone in the van looks identical when you continue at the office. The web version installs as an app on your phone straight from the browser. Dedicated apps in the App Store and Google Play will come later.

Then you probably already have the documents and routines, which is the time-consuming part. You can upload those directly. Automatic import of deviation history from Excel is on the roadmap and not ready yet – if you need the history from day one, tell us and we will help you move it. Run both systems in parallel for a month if you like. The monthly agreement has no lock-in, so you risk nothing.

There is one plan, and it has the whole system with every module: NOK 999 a month for up to 5 users, and NOK 99 for each user above that – the pricing page has a table and a calculator. The free trial lasts 30 days, and you get no invoice until you have ordered yourselves.

Yes, when you commit for 12 months or pay for a year at a time. Then all 25 online courses in the course library are included – basic HSE, HSE for managers, safety representatives, first aid, working at height, risk assessment and more – and the price is the same however many courses you take. The courses are taken in Samsvara and open straight away, and the certificate is saved under Competence automatically. Monthly with no lock-in has the whole system, but not the courses.

20%. Annual prepayment is twelve times the monthly price, minus 20%, on one invoice – and all 25 courses are included. For up to 5 users that is NOK 9,590 for the year instead of NOK 11,988. The pricing page calculates the amount for your number of users.

Nothing is deleted. The free trial lasts 30 days. If you order along the way, the subscription starts that day, and everything continues as before. If you don’t, you can still sign in, read everything and export everything – the deviations, checklists and documents are your internal control, and you should always have access to it. What stops is registering anything new. If you need more time, just let us know.

Yes. If you choose anonymous reporting, your name is not stored anywhere – not on the device and not in the audit log. You will not receive updates on the case, because that could reveal who you are. This matters for near misses and work environment concerns actually surfacing.

Little. The first 5 users are included in the minimum price of NOK 999, and each user above that costs NOK 99 a month. There are no licence tiers and no more expensive seats for managers: the carpenter costs the same as the managing director. Auditors and deactivated users are not counted. The reason is simple: a quality system only management can access does not work – and pricing that makes it expensive to let the carpenter in makes sure he never gets in.
