How it works
Nordvik Bygg is the example company in Samsvara. From “No” in the checklist to a closed case took just over six hours, and nobody had to write a report.

Nothing is deleted. If you order within the 30 days, everything carries on as before. If you don’t, you can still log in, read and download everything. The only thing that stops is registering anything new.
Samsvara has tools for all eight points in section 5, and the industry pack gives you a starting point from day one. The guide shows point by point what is recorded and what is missing. The work itself is yours – that is what the inspectors look for.
Everyone with access, including people who are invited but have not logged in yet. Auditors and deactivated users are not counted.
They need an email address to log in with, but not an inbox they keep an eye on. The administrator can create a temporary password in one tap, and when they log in, Samsvara asks them to choose their own.
Then Samsvara is an upgrade, not just a switch. You upload the documents and procedures you have yourselves, and the industry pack provides the rest of the starting point. Your data is yours, whatever happens to us. The administrator can download everything as one file at any time – deviations, checklists, documents, risk, competence, hours and attachments. The file consists of ordinary spreadsheets and the attachments, so it opens without Samsvara.
