Deviations are reported by text message
Because the system is too cumbersome to open on a phone. Both the incident and the learning disappear.
Deviations, checklists, documents, risk and internal control in one system people can use without training. On desktop, tablet and mobile – even with no signal.
No commitment – you decide whether to continue. Price after the trial, from NOK 499 per month for the whole company.
Nordvik Bygg AS · Overview
Most Norwegian companies already have a quality system. The problem is rarely that it is missing – it is that nobody uses it.
Because the system is too cumbersome to open on a phone. Both the incident and the learning disappear.
The folder structure was built by a consultant in 2019. Now people search for five minutes and give up.
Last updated before the previous audit, with no owner and no deadline on the measures.
Deviations get counted, not analysed. So the same mistakes repeat year after year.
The sheet stays in the van until Friday. The photo of the fault never gets linked to anything.
Setup fees, consultant hours and a course in “document structure” before anything worked.
You choose your industry when you sign up. The system then fills itself with deviation categories, checklists, an HMS handbook, an emergency plan, suggested risks, an annual plan and competence requirements for your industry. No consultant hours, no empty folders.
Step 2 of 2
We fill the system with checklists, routines, risks and an annual plan for your industry.
Tick “No” on “Guardrails fitted?” in a checklist and the deviation is created automatically – with the photo you took, the location, the time and a link back to the inspection. Audit findings, risk actions and customer complaints are the same case type with the same workflow.
Mats answers “No” to “Is the guardrail complete?” and takes a photo. No signal – it is saved on the device.
The system raises the deviation with the photo, the place, the time and a link back to the check.
Ola is assigned the case, the deadline follows the severity, and the action becomes a task.
The action is linked to the hazard “Fall from height”, and the residual risk is documented.
The fourth fall-related deviation in 90 days. The report shows it, with nobody counting by hand.
Not just one form. Report deviations, run checklists, take photos, read procedures and tick off tasks in a tunnel, a basement or at sea. When the connection returns everything syncs, merging changes field by field so nobody overwrites anyone.
6 of 8 answered
Is the base stable?
Is the scaffold braced and tied?
Is the guardrail complete?
A photo is required when you answer “No”.
Checklist with no signal
Everything is stored on the device. It is sent automatically when you get a signal – you do not have to do anything.
A field worker sees five menu items: overview, deviations, checklists, documents and tasks. A quality manager sees everything. Same product – but nobody is met by 30 modules they will never open, and nobody clicks a locked door.
Field worker
Quality manager
Every module a Norwegian company genuinely needs – and nothing beyond that. We left out time tracking, payroll and project management on purpose: those are other markets with strong specialists, and bolting them on would make this harder to use, not better.

Mats does the weekly scaffold check on his phone. There is no signal on the third floor, so it is saved on the device. He ticks “No” on guardrails, photographs it, and the deviation is already created.
Kari opens the dashboard and sees the two overdue cases, the three expired certificates and that falls from height is the fourth deviation in 90 days. Nobody counted anything by hand.
The fridge reads 9,1 °C. The limit in the checklist is 2–8, so the deviation is created with the measured value, the time and the place – before anyone has decided who should handle it.
The daily temperature log takes 30 seconds. A year of documentation is ready when the food safety authority arrives – on one screen, not in a binder.
5×5 matrix with residual risk after measures. And one professional detail most systems get wrong: a consequence of 5 – a fatality or serious injury – is never classified as low risk, no matter how unlikely it is.
Recurring HSE activities become real tasks with a named owner and a deadline. The system never creates a duplicate of something still open – so the list stays worth looking at.

Browser, iPad, iPhone and Android share data, design and workflow. A case you open in the van looks identical when you continue at your desk. The web version installs as an app on mobile without an app store.

This policy sets out the company’s overall health, safety and environment objectives, and how we work systematically to meet them, per section 5 of the Norwegian Internal Control Regulations.

The whole app, not one form. Local database, outgoing queue, field-level merge on reconnect.
Touch targets of at least 44 px, high contrast, and no dropdowns where a large button will do.
The web version installs from the browser. Native apps are available for iOS and Android when you want push notifications and the camera.
We reviewed the most widely used Norwegian systems. They do a lot right – but the same gaps recur, and that is where we differ.

“Typical competitor” is based on publicly available information from the most widely used Norwegian vendors in September 2026. We update this table when they change – and we have included the points where they match us.
The system is universal, but the content is not. Choose your industry and the checklists, routines, suggested risks and annual plan are already the ones you need.
Job safety analysis on mobile before work starts, scaffold inspections that replace the paper tag, and hot work permits with fire watch timing. All of it works with no signal, because there is rarely 5G in a basement.
See the packA daily machine check in under a minute, a lockout/tagout routine everyone has acknowledged, and internal audits against ISO 9001 with a ready question set. Calibration and preventive maintenance sit in the annual plan.
See the packMedication deviations reported without fear, fall risk assessment on admission, and medicine storage checks where a temperature outside 2–8 °C becomes a deviation by itself. Built for the Norwegian regulation on management and quality improvement.
See the packA pre-trip vehicle check drivers actually complete, because it takes under a minute and works in the cab with no signal. Load securing, ADR certificates and driving hours in one place.
See the packA 30-second daily temperature log, with limits that create a deviation automatically when the fridge is too warm. Critical control points per HACCP, cleaning checks and allergen labelling.
See the packA daily opening walkthrough covering escape routes, slip hazards and pricing. A robbery routine everyone has acknowledged, and a risk assessment for lone working at opening and closing.
See the packThe general pack covers Norwegian internal control requirements and the ISO 9001 core: an office safety round, new starter onboarding, an HMS policy, an emergency plan and privacy.
See the packAlmost nobody in this market publishes their prices. We think that is the wrong way round: if you have to book a meeting to find out what something costs, the vendor is the one benefiting.
For the company that needs its deviations under control first. Everyone is included, at no extra cost.

A quality system holds sensitive information: injuries, near misses and personnel data. That places real obligations on us.
You can register your company and be running in under ten minutes. When you pick your industry, the system fills itself with deviation categories, checklists, an HMS handbook, an emergency plan, suggested risks, an annual plan and competence requirements. Then you invite your people, and they can report deviations the same day – with no training.
No. That is the whole point. The system is built so a field worker understands it first time, and a quality manager finds everything without a manual. We do not sell implementation projects, and there is no setup fee. If you need help, we answer the same day in Norwegian.
Everything you do is stored on the device and succeeds immediately. You can report deviations with photos, complete checklists, sign, read procedures and tick off tasks. When the connection returns, everything uploads automatically. If someone else changed the same case meanwhile, we merge field by field – and where there is a genuine conflict, you choose, instead of something silently disappearing.
The system is built around the requirements: documented routines with version control and read receipts, risk assessment with measures and ownership, deviation handling with root cause analysis, systematic follow-up through the annual plan, internal audits and the management review. No software can certify a company – an auditor does that – but everything an auditor asks for, you can pull up on one screen.
In Norway, with backups inside the EEA. No data is processed outside the EEA – that commitment is written into the data processing agreement, signed together with the subscription. You can export all your data at any time, and you own it.
Yes, and it is the same system. Browser, iOS and Android share data, design and workflow. A case you open on your phone in the van looks identical when you continue at the office. The web version can also be installed as an app on mobile without going through an app store.
Then you probably already have the documents and routines, which is the time-consuming part. You can upload those directly. Automatic import of deviation history from Excel is on the roadmap and not ready yet – if you need the history from day one, tell us and we will help you move it. Run both systems in parallel for a month if you like. We have no lock-in, so you risk nothing.
Two prices, both a flat monthly amount for the whole company: NOK 499 if you only need deviations under control, and NOK 1,499 for the complete system with every module. The 60-day trial ends by itself – you are never charged without saying yes.
Yes. If you choose anonymous reporting, your name is not stored anywhere – not on the device and not in the audit log. You will not receive updates on the case, because that could reveal who you are. This matters for near misses and work environment concerns actually surfacing.
Nothing extra. The price is a flat monthly amount for the whole company, whether you are five or two hundred, and we do not charge per user. The reason is simple: a quality system only management can access does not work – and pricing that penalises you for letting the carpenter in makes sure he never gets in.
Ask for the trial, choose your industry, and see how the system looks with routines, checklists and an annual plan already in place. 60 days, no commitment, and no credit card.
